Returning your purchase

To request a return, please complete the following form. If you notice any problems or defects with your garment, please make a complaint.

Necessary so that we can send the return delivery bill.
Please let us know the item number and the quantity of the returned item.

Return

Returns must be sent back to us within 20 days of receipt of the products. The returned products must not have been used and must arrive in a resalable condition with the original packaging intact. Returned products will be refunded.

Faedah Collection will take care of the return shipping. Please note that any customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

Reimbursement

The total purchase price of all returned items will be refunded. Please note, however, that customs duties, initial shipping charges and sales taxes are not included in the refund.


Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the returned items and they have passed the inspection.


If you paid by credit card, debit card or Twint, the amount will be refunded to the card or Twint account used within 5 working days of the return being processed.


Please note that depending on the payment method you choose, it may take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed in our warehouse, and up to a further 5 days for the money to reach your account.
